Koufu has come a long way in the past 10 years to arrive at our current achievements. All these would not have been possible without the commitment and perseverance of our staff. Many of them grew together with the company and they in return have also contributed significantly to the growth of the company. The theme of our 10th anniversary celebration clearly emphasizes the importance of these people and their contributions. We would like to take this meaningful opportunity to express our heartfelt appreciation especially to our long serving sta for their continuous faith in Koufu.
口福今年十周岁了，能跟着口福一起成长，我觉得很荣幸。
口福是一个学习型组织，它让我在学习中成长，有很大的平台去学习与发挥，从中也经历了很多酸甜苦辣。
很多时候，在会议室或培训室里都会听到口福创建人庞琳先生讲“故事”，所讲的都是他人生的幸路历程，坐人做事的道理，没有私心，公事公办，尤其苦口婆心的奉劝大家远离烟酒，人生要活得健康才会活得精彩。
跟庞琳先生学到很多管理技巧、理论如“原则要守，方法要变”，“不管你是黑猫还是白猫，会抓老鼠就是好猫”，“好还要更好”，“引导，监督，追踪，检查”等等，还有给予我们每日一语，咖啡交流，贯彻到底，坚持到底，价值观…
还有庞琳夫人也一直在鼓励我们，扶持我们，帮助我们成长以做得更好。
口福的战士是从战场上训练来的，还要过18铜人阵喔! 我感恩口福让我的梦想也逐一的在口福的天空实现了。
