
St Gabriel Foundation conducted its Leadership Program 2026, providing students with an opportunity to gain real-world exposure to food court operations. As part of the program, Koufu welcomed 40 primary school students across three food court locations for a hands-on learning experience.
Students participated in various operational tasks, including table clearing, tray return management, housekeeping, stock replenishment, and customer engagement. Through these activities, they gained a deeper appreciation of the dedication and teamwork required to support daily food court operations. The program concluded with a reflection session and lunch sponsored by Koufu, marking a meaningful learning journey for all participants.
